Located near the amazing tourist attraction, Algar Seco, this geocache is a must find. Algar Seco is a magical land full of tunnels, caves, caves, cliffs and windows to the sea, views that will leave you in awe.

Geocachers can spend hours exploring the area, walking along caves to cliff jumps, checking out the trails that stretch from Algar Seco to the Carvoeiro viewpoint, and exploring the rocky coastline, where unique photo opportunities are scattered throughout the area.

The limestone cliffs have been eroded by the sea and rain, creating a unique rock formation wonder perfect for a geocache! Geocachers must navigate through a maze to find a small geocache hiding somewhere in the middle.

While the geocache is the main destination, the journey to get there is just as interesting. As you navigate the maze, keep an eye out for hidden fossils and other marine nature. The thrill of hunting is in the journey, not just the destination.

As you approach the center of the maze, it’s time to start hunting. Remember, geocaches can be anywhere, so it’s best to check the cache page for clues or peek at the spoiler photos for help. But always be careful not to disturb the surrounding nature or caves during your search.

Before long, the familiar feeling of smooth plastic Tupperware is in your hand, telling you that you’ve found a geocache.
